The best advice Brad has for anyone out there who is looking to pursue a dream or a passion, is to START. It may sound simple, but he says that the difference between someone who succeeds and someone who does not is often just that one actually tried. When one tries, they should expect failure, but should not be afraid to fail. When you try, you grow in confidence and find out what you are truly capable of. Learning from your experiences, either good or bad, helps you move forward in life and grow at the same time.
