Created by the mind of Lake County’s media professor Carlos Smith, Vastoria Parker and Carl Golston. A Crazy Place is so much more than just a hang out spot. With a fresh and fun atmosphere brought to life by Desi Bando, Shaq The God and Stay Dumb Fly, it’s a place anyone can come and feel welcome. Breaking ground in 2022, this space has become a staple within Chicagoland’s venues. Offering a variety of exciting attributes including three different selfie-rooms, live entertainment, themed events and of course an amazing bar!!! With the mission of providing a fun and energetic community space, A Crazy Place allows people from all cultures to enjoy themselves freely!!
In addition to offering a complete layout of amenities, A Crazy Place is becoming known for it’s unpredictable events!!! Since September, this space has held nearly 100 events of all different themes and vibes!!! Hosting unique celebrations including, rnb nights, ladies night, latin music night, live karaoke, baby showers, receptions and even weddings!! Aside from all of the unique events offered, one event in particular is taking Lake County by storm.
The Wild & Crazy Karaoke Battle is so much more than people singing on the microphone. By including team captains, rules to follow, sound buzzers and a freestyle round, this interactive event takes karaoke to another level. People from all over Lake County come together to laugh, sing and just enjoy one another in the hottest venue around!
