They made their name by offering villa vacation rentals in Miami, including renting out Yachts and Cars. They are estimated to cross $10 million in revenue in 2020. They have scaled up and currently have access to more than 35 Villa’s and have 8 Full-time employees. Jatina Group clientele includes celebrities like Leonardo Dicaprio, Jamie Foxx, Drake, Mark Wahlberg, just to mention a few.
Business Operations
Jatina Group has been recognized as the leading Villa Vacation rental company in Miami. They are also prepping for a massive project, Villa Pads, which will make them nationally recognized. They ensure that they provide excellent services to every client.
The company mainly offers Villa Vacation rentals in Miami, where they exclusively manage 14 VIllas, own 3 Villas, and have many other vacation rentals in Miami. They recently took on a Hotel management project on Collins Avenue on Miami Beach. They take full responsibility and care of the entire property for the owner. This means that they maintain the house, pool, landscape along with other responsibilities like electricity bills.
Obstacles
Everyone has been through obstacles. Jan encountered many obstacles to the point of giving up, but he did not. Language barrier was the prime obstacle since he was an immigrant. He had moved from Germany to Miami in November 2014 where he left his entire family in Germany. New laws were also an obstacle.
Sailing above the winds
To overcome the obstacles, Jan created a room for learning from others and his mistakes. It didn’t seem easy at first, but he got used to that. He advises all entrepreneurs that learning is essential for everyone who wants to make progress. To keep up, he learned English and the American Laws despite spending a lot of time. 6 years down the line, he can speak fluent English and has acquainted himself with the US Laws.

“Without a good team, you can’t grow.” Jan Jens said in an interview. “Take care of your employees, and they will take care of your business,” he added. You also have to respond to your clients on time. When you blend time management and trustworthiness, you build a dwelling brand in the industry you are serving. Discipline, according to Jens, is a universal factor that leads to success and growth. He now trains and encourages his team to be disciplined since that is another way of ensuring that they are growing.

He further advised the startups, “There will be ups and downs, but never give up. Just be focused and set your goals very high.” Jan recalls a day that he almost gave up completely, and after a little push, everything changed for the better.
