Mastery is something that every person develops within a specific period. However, a lot of people find it difficult to maneuver around. Although it’s not an apparent cause, many similarities appear in all the reasons. Building a resilient, focused, hard work and strategic plan helps develop a solid base.

Resilience

To survive in such a challenging environment requires having a thick skin. Growing up in the suburbs of Detroit in Sterling Heights exposed Ronnie Akrawi to a challenging environment. In addition, the fact that he came from a humble background negated his need to work extra hard to provide for his mother and help pay some of the bills. His need to succeed and have a comfortable life pushed him to work as a bartender and server at a young age. The exposure to an environment that was not that too friendly made him become resilient and develop resistance to bullies and other vices.

Focus

Ronnie had a clear focus, to work his way out to become financially independent. Having the goal at the back of his head, he was determined to forge his path to success. His zeal and ability to master different tactics in betting and gaming made him gain significant milestones.

Hard work

Akrawi knows the secret to achieve one’s goal is working hard and being innovative. He started by putting his work plan and visualizing it every step of the way. He then navigated his thoughts on how to handle the bottlenecks. He also built a solid network and worked with different people who, within the time, offered their trust in him. His zeal and ability to win in gaming and betting also added weight to his recognition.

Strategic Plan

Ronnie had a plan to create wealth. As a result, he set his mind to achieving the goals he had developed. When he moved to Las Vegas, he realized that his immense knowledge of gambling and sports was an asset he could explore. He made a strategic move and planned his actions well. Akrawi advises that to succeed, you need an inborn push and the ability to resist competition and external pressure.
