When did you started Intreistic Group Of Companies?
Well, it was all started in 2020, yes during the pandemic era where most of the startups were shutting down, I decided to open the door.
Can you please tell about your beginning days?
Beginning was always the hardest , finding name was most difficult task as it almost took month to figure it out. When I first started my agency in 2020 ( USA ) I had no clients for first 2 month but i never gave up. I tested out different strategies , after long struggle I finally landed client – I still remember that moment, till today that client is still with us.
How do you hire new talents?
When it comes to our hiring process, it’s very hard because it’s very important for us to have right people so we can help our clients in their objectives. Our hiring process is divided into two phases – Phase 1 :- Interview , in phase 1, these interview is not like other job interview asking name and all , we directly come to point and ask questions on field they have expertise ( these answers are not even found on Google ). After successfully passing phase 1 they goes into Phase 2 – Trail projects, which we give them trail project with different level of difficulties ( high low medium ) and also train them to handle pressure and other related to their work and field. Those who failed in phase 1 stands eliminated and till now those who have successfully passed phase 1 , have passed phase 2 and are now working in our team.
How do you treat your employees?
We accept limited number of clients per month depending on capacity of our employees, we always hire every 4 month. I treat my employees like a family because I always believe – if you take care of your employees , they will take care of your business. By treating them like family I don’t have to be worry about taking advantage of it, as they know they are accountable for their given responsibilities. If I had to choose between employees and clients – I will choose employees first because without them we are nothing.
How do you upgrade your knowledge?
We are constantly testing new strategies to stay updated. I love reading books and educating myself, till now I had read over 25 books and enrolled over 35 + course ( Udemy , Skillshare, etc ).
