We were all born to impact, but there is always room to make much more impact. The world offers a competitive platform; obtaining the competitive edge means going beyond what you term as usual. It’s not always about meeting your targets and accomplishing tasks but rather making an impeccable expression that will differentiate yourself from others. The concept has been the core ingredient for any value proposition concerning entrepreneurship business and any other initiatives.

However, three elements may help or hinder you from setting yourself apart; Your attitude, behavior, and strategic approaches when facing unprecedented life events.

JP Pena shares five universally accepted ways that will catalyze your success.

But first, let’s take a look at JP Pena’s Bio.

JP Pena was born in El Salvador and grew up in Hollywood, CA after his parents migrated with him when he was six fleeing the civil war in his home country. Since his childhood, Pena has had a passion for architecture and design. His biggest dream was to become an architect or build awesome luxury homes. From being a marine veteran who went from obstacles, adversities, and homeless to selling millions in real estate while helping other veterans achieve the American dream of owning a home.

Pena grew up being enthusiastic about life challenges, the harder they were, the more attractive it was to him. Hence the reasons why Marine life was something that caught his eyes. Immediately after high school, he went straight ahead to join the marines. Little did he know that after September 11, life would take its twist and turns. Pena was activated and served a total of eight years with the corps. As fate dictates, Pena was assigned to Task Force Tripoli, a mission to secure the UN building located in Baghdad. During the operation, JP Pena suffered an accident that left him 70%t disabled.

As a result of the accident and exiting, the service featured a complete mess. Pena suffered from PTSD, depression and broke to become homeless with a kid on the way. However, his zeal to turn his life around and desire to change his status eventually led him to where he is now.

Pena’s mission is to help other veterans pivot and create financial freedom by utilizing their VA benefits and pursuing their purpose. Far from his life, Pena gives some best practice tips that are all rounded.

  • Become a TrailBlazer

You may try to come up with new ideas, spearhead new concepts, and originate new proposals. Never be intimidated by anyone while creating your track. Aim to establish yourself as a care center for creative solutions or a reliable source for other plans.

  • Create a Strong Network

Everyone can choose to become a leader; connecting yourself with people who have similar visions and purpose and building up a strong pillar out of it will give you a solid base and open up other opportunities in life.

  • Take The Lead

Be a leader who is willing to make an impact and leave an indelible mark. The notion that leadership and greatness are for the chosen few has now become obsolete. Pena advises on taking the leadership right from your own decision to societal activities, and gradually you will be able to lead a great multitude. Have a mindset to lead with serving others while you leave a strong and lasting impression.

Work towards achieving your dreams and stand out with impeccable achievements.

  • Go an Extra Mile

When aspiring to achieve a set target, you will need to get off your comfort zone. When tackling an assignment, do so with much excellence. Get a step ahead of your competitors by keeping your eyes open and ears on the ground, monitoring any advance in innovative technology.

Above all, have a positive mind when tackling any assignment, even when faced with the most tedious ones. Having a negative mindset keeps you locked and limited to handle whatever desires you may be aspiring to achieve; instead of cultivating a positive mind will drive you far beyond your imagination.
