How did you start your career? I started my career by accident. I signed up for an app that was giving out free products. I didn’t realize it would require me to post on my socials. Even though I wanted to do content creation for years. I had serious anxiety about it. I cared too much about how others would view me. That was the best mistake ever. It propelled me into greatness.

What has been a major influence in your brand? Every single black girl follows their dreams. I love seeing my fellow peers being creative.

What are your career aspirations? I want to host and encourage huge events inspired by fashion and art.

As a woman of influence and a respected business mogul how do you aspire to assist individuals wanting to get into your field? I’m constantly getting dms about how I got started. I think it’s important to not be a gatekeeper. If we don’t help each other, who will? I would like to eventually start a blog detailing how I got started.

Describe your greatest strengths in your career. My greatest strength is researching. I’m constantly reading and educating myself on my field. It’s important to stay up on trends and updates made to social media.

How important is it to make a difference? Extremely important! I would love to eventually start a mentorship.

How did you start your career? I’ve thought about content creation for years but my anxiety prevented me from fully pursuing it; Signing up for the app was a blessing in disguise, it forced me to step out of my comfort zone and propelled me into greatness. That was the best mistake I ever made.

What has been a major influence in your brand? Watching people that look like me pursuing their dreams. I love seeing my fellow peers tap into their creativity and showing me that anything is possible.

What are your career aspirations ? One day I would love to host and curate events inspired by art and fashion. I love bringing people together and what says community more than a good time and good vibes.

As a woman of influence and a respected business mogul, how do you aspire to assist individuals wanting to get into your field? I frequently get messages regarding my early beginnings as an influencer and I firmly believe in “each one teaches one”. I’m still getting my foot in the door but I think it is important to lay the foundation so others can learn from my experiences. I plan on starting a blog detailing the hurdles and obstacles I overcame so that someone who may want to follow in my footsteps can avoid the challenges I went through.  I always impart wisdom when I can but I think having a centralized location where folks can reference the information will be instrumental in assisting those that want to become influencers.

Describe your greatest strengths in your career. The greatest, and most important, strength in my opinion is my research capability, learning as much as you can and knowing how to navigate the different platforms as each one is not the same. Researching what your audience is interested in hearing from you and not just because it’s a hot topic, research is what got me in the door and I believe it is what is keeping me here.

How important is it to make a difference? I mentor people who are interested in influencing. Again, I don’t have all of the answers just yet, but once I do – I would love to help those along their journey in this field.
