Growing up, Conquer’s family worked the typical nine-to-five jobs. After graduating from college, Conquer followed this path and began his career as a correctional officer by the age of twenty. While working within the prison, Conquer realized he’s not going to be happy until he takes charge of his own life and starts working towards his dreams.

Through multiple failed start-ups, Conquer continued to push forward and held valuable lessons he learned while working as a correctional officer close. The lessons he took away from these situations allowed Conquer to grow into the person he is today, both personally and professionally.

While pursuing his passion for networking, Conquer met a local real estate agent he would later become close friends with. Following his passion for marketing and his current endeavors only pushed him to further target his niche. Through the real estate agent, Conquer met Adriano and Alessandro Randazzo who were also interested in marketing. Ultimately, Conquer and the Randazzo brother’s became business partners and built a lasting friendship.

When starting out, the trio agreed to work for free so they were able to build trust and gain
valuable skills needed within the industry for their first client. The client tasked them with
managing over $100,000 monthly.

Marketing for real estate investors was an eye-opening task that provided them with skills they would later implement into their own business. After rebranding, time and resources were channeled into targeting high net worth individuals and companies. The team focused on ensuring they were a reputable business growth partner.
