A solid and fit body is every man’s dream. Yet, very few get to that level of fitness, not because they don’t work out, diet, or follow a fitness routine. Mainly because of wrong workout routines. Picking the right coach to help you get the body of your dreams is the hardest part of your get-fit journey. But it doesn’t have to feel like walking on hot tongs again.

Meet Braydon Barrett, a transformation coach who’s turning tables in the way we know fitness training. He’s one man that has climbed the fitness ranks and obtained the right experience to help people gain strength, build muscle, get lean, and stay in shape. Here’s how America’s Transformation Coach helps you get the Look Like You Lift kind of a body in only 90 days.

Kick it Off with Proper Nutrition

When the goal is to achieve a fit body, it has to start with eating right. Your body needs to be fueled with proper nutrition to have the right building blocks to curve out those muscles. If the goal is to cut weight and build muscles, you need more proteins and targeted exercises. Protein-rich meals will help to repair worn-out tissues.

It’s essential to take your protein portions in bits throughout the day rather than taking it all at once. Braydon recommends animal protein such as meat, eggs, dairy, and fish since they help repair tissues faster. A limited intake of simple carbs comes in handy to provide just enough energy for the body.

Focus on Strength Gaining Workouts

Braydon Barrett defines strength training as focusing on compound exercises that target multiple muscle groups and involve the whole body strength. Compound exercises help to build strong muscles and increase the body’s stamina.

As opposed to regular workouts and spending hours in the gym, compound workouts demand a little bit more attention to detail. It is more physical tasking than other random routines, but it will help you build muscles faster. Braydon recommends compound exercises like squats, deadlift, bench press, and overhead press.

These workout routines not only help you to gain muscle strength but also make you shed unwanted fat. Braydon, for example, was able to cut a significant portion of fat, and he stuck up 15lbs of muscle mass.

Get Enough Rest

Rest is as important as the workout routines. As Braydon puts it, muscle is not built in the gym but from restful recovery from gym routines. Shorten your workouts by making them heavier and more intense. You can also increase the repetitions for each set rather than increasing the number of sets.

The goal here is to focus on the quality of the workouts and allowing your muscles to adapt and grow by having enough rest. Enough sleep is also an essential part of recovery. Less sleep will increase stress which increases muscle tension. Braydon recommends 6-8 hours of uninterrupted sleep for optimal results. Follow Braydon on Instagram for more information.
