Ernesto Hernandez, also known as Legacy, was born in Cuba, Santa Clara. They lived in abject poverty with his half brother, but he knew that they could not forever remain the same. He was a music lover from childhood, but he kept it to himself until he was 16 years when he started rapping. He later got involved in the business sector when he was 20 years old. He faced multiple challenges to the point of giving up, but his mother encouraged him not to.

Ernesto runs two businesses concurrently. One specializes in music and the other one in protection. The company sends out security guards to commercial establishments, monitors CCTV cameras, patrols the property, and ensures that everything is running smoothly daily. The music business provides entertainment to others on a global level through all the digital streaming platforms available.

In the other business that deals with protection, Ernesto and his wife make their clients feel safe and protected.
