The child Soca star turned rap phenom drops the 8-track project, unleashing her fiery lyrical ability and superior flow to the masses. Born and raised in the East New York section of Brooklyn to Trinidadian parents, Young Devyn was surrounded by music and began writing and performing Soca music at eight years old. Garnering much fanfare, the young artist started performing and selling out hometown shows which led to touring with Soca music legends Machel Montano and Bunji Garlin. 11 years later, Young Devyn expanded her sound and evolved into a hip-hop and R&B artist.
