Another key point, is the love for community. One artist in particular is using his community to paint a vivid picture. Mexican rapper YSV Simba is amplifying his culture through music. Showcasing detailed lyricism with a midwest flare, he’s already an international star.

Born and raised in Chicago’s Marquette Park neighborhood on the Southside, he is proud of where he came from. Despite his admiration for his city, it was the struggles he faced that fueled his creativity more than anything. Highlighting both the black and brown communities, his music connects on multiple levels. His musical journey began in 2019, with multiple releases. Singles like “Slight”, “Waste of Time”, “Struggle” and the album 1997 gave hip-hop a brand new perspective.

Further pushing the boundaries of the genre, he began collaborating with both U.S and international artist. YSV Simba’s catalog includes singles with Mexican artist Money Oh, Kidd Felix, Plack One and PIG BOI PAPI. Spain artist Luis F3r Rap3’r & Yung SSay. Argentina artist Cowak and Alaskan artist Prince Red K. The latin sensation has also worked with producer Spike Trap, who famously worked with NBA Youngboy and Kodak Black.

Nayo Dez knows her purpose is music

Nayo Dez is an artist unafraid to share her world with listener’s everywhere. With a larger than life personality, her vibrant energy radiates with every melody. Currently residing in San Antonio, TX but born and raised in New Jersey her platform continues to grow. Nayo grew up in a church household, developing the strength and range of her voice. Whenever she took the stage she blew audiences away with her natural talent.

Further pursing her passions she began traveling across the nation to perform in front of greats like Kirk Franklin and Yolanda Adams. Although she previously recorded music, it wasn’t until 2021 that her singles hit streaming services. The single 2.14 dropped, followed by the album 333 in 2022. The album included 6 masterful tracks, showing her variety and individuality as a music artist. The single Island Girl dropped early in 2022, a beautiful and exciting song dedicated to her Haitian heritage. With the success of her single Island Girl continuing to expand, the video for the single further adds to the magic of Nayo Dez. Rocking a real mermaid tail with colors of green and blue, Nayo is splashing around full of vibrancy throughout the video. She also had the chance to go on tour earlier this summer, performing in states like California, Washington and Arizona.

Nayo Dez gave a captivating tiny desk performance for the single Stay right underneath the Hollywood sign. She also blew folks away performing in the Grand Canyon National Park while in Arizona. An expert at stage presence and crowd engagement, Nayo Dez gives a thousand percent when performing. Known to sing to audience members during her set, she captivates anyone who’s in the room.

Furthermore, sharing her music with the world, she continues to sell out shows. October 8th, she is co-headlining the show Bosses & Bossets: Black and Gold Music Fest in her home of San, Antonio Tx in addition to dropping new music at the show.
