News Alert: New York City, NY — In the midst of unprecedented growth and exciting organizational changes, Noir Fashion Week (NFW) last season’s emerging designer showcase catapulted NOIR to the forefront of the fashion industry while blazing a new trail for the company’s first destination outside the US.
