What qualities does a good rapper have? How to classify good and bad rappers? A simple way to find out this is to see what percentage of the audience likes his/her songs. If the percentage is at least 70, consider him/her quite well a rapper. If the percentage is above 80, consider him/her an extra-ordinary one. If the percentage is above 90, consider him/her a master in rapping, and that he knows almost everything regarding the art of rapping. Now, what if I told you that there is a rapper who has a like percentage of 99.5%. You won’t believe me of course. If you told me this, I wouldn’t have believed you either. But I have proof. Wuhuu!

Who is Isabell Slim?
Isabell slim is from a small town in Winnsboro, Louisiana. Jeremy Shemar Henderson chose the name of Isabell Slim because he used to live in a street named Isabell. He says in an interview that although this name may seem feminine to some, it is what suits him the best.
Rapping and Hip-hop
When he was young, about 15, he used to live with his homeboy who used to do rapping all day. He asked Isabell to rap too, and from there Isabell set foot into rapping. Initially, he only sang to his friends and people close to him. He found out that they liked it a lot and that he had some sort of talent in him. He was blessed with the flow in rapping by his homeboy, and he had now learned the art quite well.
Online
When he saw himself succeed as a rapper, he started singing online. He posted songs on his social media platforms and at SoundCloud, Apple Music, Jiosaavn, Spotify, and iTunes. He also made a YouTube channel and posted songs with captivating videos.
How he Take Off?
It is very difficult for a rapper from such a small town to establish himself among all the leading ones. In an interview, he says that he feels that there is a lack of support in this industry. No one wants to lift you; everyone wants to see you fail. And this was which kept him going forward. He took it as a challenge and is braced himself to complete it.
Success!
His recent song “Is that Him”, which was premiered on 28th of April, 2020, was a huge success. In just a few days, it had more than 30,000 streams on Spotify. The video he posted on YouTube was again a huge success. His role models are Drake and Soulja Boy and he wants to follow their footsteps and be as big a rapper as these two. If he keeps working hard, he can surely increase his fan following exponentially and can be among the best rappers.
