Dayglo 80’s influenced pop artist Gigi Rowe has released today her latest single and video for “Lollipops.” An emerging pop singer based out of Miami, Florida, Gigi is a self-proclaimed “glamorous runaway” with her bold style and adventurous attitude. Inspired by early Madonna, Cyndi Lauper and Annie Lennox, Gigi puts a modern twist on classic dance pop with her infectious tunes.
The synth-pop track takes the listener to a technicolor dreamland full of youthful musings. “‘Lollipops’ is like my theme song,” says Gigi. “It opens with a ‘stubbornly happy’ sound and tells a story that is all at once sweet and memorable.”
The track was produced by Yuri Rybak, the producer behind Chiddy Bang & Lil Dicky’s “Molly” feat. Brendon Urie which is a certified Gold Record and has over 155 million streams on Spotify. “Lollipops” was written by Rybak, Charles Harke and Gigi Rowe.
