Dough the Freshkid Gets Real on “Everybody” Music Video

Just months after the release of his latest project Tal’s Cafe, Dough the Freshkid is back and delivering more content for his fans to enjoy. Now, the South Central rapper has officially dropped the music video for “Everybody,” which is a track that appears on the previously released album and is a visually pleasing body of work that DTFK fans will resonate with.

“Everybody” is a lyrical, upbeat track that features 1 Shot Dealz, and addresses “the fakes” in gang bang culture. DTFK doesn’t fail to deliver a stunning visual that reps his city while maintaining his gritty delivery and powerful lyrics. According to DTFK, the song calls out rappers and people on Instagram who rep a set that they’re not from and have no idea about. On the song, he isn’t afraid to call people out for trying to represent something that they don’t really stand for.

“Everybody Crips,” he raps on the beat. Dough the Freshkid is known for his music that talks about real-life situations and storytelling abilities. His music video style is no different, and picks up right where Tal’s Cafe left off. It’s clear that the rapper has a gift for being able to lyrically and visually connect with an audience and tell a cohesive, relevant story through and through.
